Master your nonverbal communication by shaping pitch, speed, and pauses to convey authority or excitement, and practice elevator pitches with varied cadence to engage audiences.
Master verbal communication with active listening and questions to understand, use fifth-grade language, greet warmly, lavish praise, know their names, and show trust to empower your team.
