This course includes exercises for all facial zones (forehead, eyes, central part, lips, chin and neck) and techniques of relaxation.

You can complete facial exercises anywhere. All you need is desire, clean hands and mirror.
There is no restriction due to age and gender.
The main cause of sagging skin, wrinkles and other faults is muscles’ condition. For example:
sagging skin occurs when muscles are too weak;
wrinkles and creases occur when muscle are too tense.
Practised Jenya Baglyk method we tone weak muscles and relax tense muscles.
Other important point is safety. Doing facial exercises you must be sure that new wrinkles will not occur. To prevent this we fix our muscles in the point where they connected to the skin. Also such faxation provide an additional load to the muscle.

Every facial workout starts with a short warm up. It’s important part to prepare your muscles for exercises. Don’t skip it.
The second set of muscles we’ll work on is eye circle muscle. Doing these exercises:
We get rid of wrinkles under the eyes,
Make our upper eyelid more toned,
And get rid of baggy eyes.
Next zone we’ll train is the central part of the face. This video includes exercises:
