Welcome to my Gua Sha course. Do you face premature signs of aging and looking for a way to alleviate them? This course is for you!
Gua sha is a natural technique used in ancient China, using a massage tool to apply pressure and scrape the skin to relieve pain and tension. It is about gently rubbing the skin in long strokes that create some pressure which may cause minor brusing to scrape away scar tissues and toxins.
