The first lesson focuses on breathing,shoulder and neck exercises.
Breath work techniques help us to relax and release stress this will further help you to overcome insomnia and mild headache.
This focuses on exercises for forehead.The set of exercises will help you get rid of horizontal lines,relaxing your forehead.The exercises will also help to release frown lines,activation of temples and lift the forehead
You will learn various eye exercises and acupressure techniques to relax your eye muscles and combat puffiness .This consist of exercises against crow's feet wrinkles under the eyes.The exercises will be done creating resistance with hands for better results and preventing skin fold.
Working on center part of the face includes working on smile lines,cheeks and cheekbones.It will help to lift up smoothing smile lines ,lifting cheek bones and tone your cheeks.This will help to lift up the face completely.
You will learn how to naturally get rid of lip pigmentation and increase the volume of lips.The set of exercises will help to sculpt the jawline and decrease the double chin.
The exercises will help you tone the neck , helping to iron out deep neck line.
You are free to create your own face yoga routine according to your needs ,still if you are short of time you may follow the routine working on entire face.

The second part would focus on the upper part of face . I 'll introduce exercises to work on forehead and eye muscles
The third part would focus on center part , which includes cheeks , area around nose , smile lines etc
The last part would focus on the lips and jaws .
