
This set of exercises is suitable for people who have completed the Entry level, learned how to perform basic movements and want bigger results.
If desired, this complex of exercises can be supplemented with simpler techniques from the previous one.
This course consist of 36 exercises for all facial zones such as collar area, neck, sublingual zone, lips, cheeks, cheekbones, nasolabial area, eyes, and forehead. Especially we will dedicate a lot of attention to the lifting of the central part of the face (cheeks, cheekbones, nasolabial folds).
In addition, it includes rejuvenating breathing exercises and stretching techniques for the tense muscles.

In this lesson we will learn:
Breathing exercises to activate all parts of the lungs, which has a beneficial effect on overall health; lymph circulation improves and accelerates, due to which puffiness is removed.
Exercises for the cervical-collar zone and posture for relieving tension from the shoulders; mobilization of the shoulder joints, development of flexibility of the chest and arms.
In this lesson we will learn:
Neck exercises for strengthening neck muscles and reliving excess tension, rejuvenation and smoothing out ring wrinkles.
In this lesson we will learn:
Exercises for the sublingual zone / facial contour for correction of double chin, improvement of the lower contour of the face, smoothing the horizontal crease on the chin.
In this lesson we will learn:
Lip exercises for smoothing the horizontal crease above the upper lip; improvement of the outlines of the upper lip; correction of purse-string wrinkles; increase in volume and improve the shape of the lower lip; removal of spasm from the nasolabial zone.
Exercises for the central part of the face for cheek lifting; raising the corners of the mouth, lifting of the center of the face; the formation of sculptural zygomatic apples; smoothing of the nasolabial crease; correction of the shape of the nostrils; preventing the loss of their shape in the future.
In this lesson we will learn:
Eye exercises for lifting of the upper eyelid; smoothing wrinkles under the eyes; correction of dips and bags under the eyes.
Forehead exercises for the lifting of the outer corners of the eyebrows and upper eyelids; smoothing of vertical creases between the eyebrows and horizontal crease on the bridge of the nose; lifting the sides of the face.
In this lesson we will learn:
Muscle stretching techniques for relieving tension from the forehead; smoothing horizontal wrinkles on the forehead; relieving tension from the brow area; smoothing vertical creases between the eyebrows; relieving tension from the bridge of the nose; smoothing the horizontal wrinkles on the bridge of the nose; relieving tension from the chin; smoothing the horizontal crease under the lower lip; relieving tension from the muscles of the neck; neck band correction; relieving tension from the collar zone.

Why is facebuilding effective?
The essence of facebuilding is in strengthening and toning facial muscles with the help of special exercises. You don't doubt that regular dumbbell lifts develop biceps muscles, do you? A muscle that works under workload gets stronger and bigger in volume - it's a well-known fact. Muscles in the face are smaller and thinner than those in the other parts of the body, but they still have the same structure. Thus, it's obvious that they will get toned, grow in size and become stronger.
How soon will I get the results?
First changes will become visible within two weeks after you've started practicing. The quality of the skin and the complexion will improve; you will also notice that your muscles have become toned. More profound changes will take place after 2 or 3 months of regular practice. To preserve the results and to prevent new wrinkles from appearing, it is necessary to keep practicing without interruptions.
