Turn Campaign Budget Optimization ON, we're going to leave the audience targeting EMPTY - Broad.
5-10 Creatives, at least 1-2 of those should be Video (20%). Can use a moving GIF if needed if you don't have video, but a reel style video, customer review or product review will work best. Make sure they're bright and eye catching.
2 Headlines, make sure they are short sweet and to the point.
2 Primary Text, they should be at least 1 paragraph in length, descriptive but also story-like, and as persuasive and captivating as possible.

Make sure Pixel is selected, link is correct and leads to the category/product or a relative page.
For an Established Ad Account: Keep broad Campaign in place. Check the Ad Reporting to see which creative performed the best from the broad campaign, then test an ABO purchase campaign with 5-10 single interest ad sets, each with 3 winning creatives inside
ASC+: Once your ad account is established (over 1 month old and over 25 purchases), you can test out an Advantage Shopping Campaign and see how it performs. We have found that these work best with established brands that already have winning creatives and a warmed up audience, as well as brands with a Catalog connected to facebook. If you have these, setup the ASC+ campaign as shown.

For a New Ad Account: Create an Awareness ad, turn Campaign Budget Optimization on, broad audience with geo targeting only.
No advanced targeting.
5-10 creatives, at least 1-2 of those should be Video. If you don't have video at least use a moving text GIF or some other simple form video.
Test some plain images/video and some with “mention you saw us on facebook to get a discount” wording so you can test if ads are really working.

2 Primary Text, at least 1 paragraph, descriptive but not overwhelming. Easy to read and persuasive.
Make sure the link goes to your website, and if you have a pixel great you can select that but if not no big deal.

Setup the lead form to be short, sweet and to the point. BUT - make sure you include at LEAST 3-5 qualifying questions on the lead form to keep the spam and fake traffic out.
VERY IMPORTANT - Getting a list of leads is the simplest step, the HARD part is responding to them and getting them over the finish line. Make sure you're responding as fast as possible, within 24 hours is ideal.
