My name is Leni Buday - Ringwald. I am 46 years old.
I am a Face Yoga Practitioner and a Wellness Coach for healthy lifestyles.
I AM HELPING TO PEOPLE TO LOOK AND FEEL BETTER.
As a small girl, I was bullied for how I looked.
I was a blonde girl with blue eyes, sensitive and shy – boys may have found me attractive and perhaps that was the reason I was bullied by the girls. However, I personally have never made fun of anyone and their appearance, I know how that hurts. The older I am, the more I am aware that LOOKs are one thing, but it is WHAT'S INSIDE that really matters.
On my website I have prepared for you 2 SECTIONS:

One section is focused on OUR FACE and the various possibilities on HOW TO IMPROVE OUR FACE CONTOURS.

The other section is MENTAL DETOX – to STOP ourselves. To pay attention to only important issues in our LIFE.

At the moment we live a hectic life and we experience a lot of stress.
During my life I have gone through different kinds of jobs where I have learned that everywhere we are, we are trying to solve the same issue – pressure and money. There is a constant PRESSURE on us, on OUR RESULTS, on the WAY WE LOOK, on the AMOUNT OF MONEY which we can earn and spend.
I believe that our BODY - frequency, MIND - words, and SPIRIT - images are linked.
Each part speaks a different language.
There are some WAYS HOW TO CHILL-OUT.
One of those is to FIND TIME for yourself. Who else will do it, if not you? Talking to people, I realize that we look after our family, our households, our partners, but we do not look after ourselves. Because we do not have time, because there is something more urgent we should do. But think about that, we should FOCUS ON OURSELVES. Only then, we can find our inner pace.
