Requirements

Elementary Latin grammar to the first year in college or the second year in high school
Thorough study of the first three sets of the stories from the Fabulae Faciles text : (1) Perseus, (2) Hercules, (3) Jason and the Argonauts.

Description

In this class, we read through the 20 passages that make up the Ulysses stories from the textbook Fabulae Faciles. The course also provides supplementary materials for your use : complete set of all the readings in the book, a complete vocabulary list, and a survey of elementary Latin grammar. In the lectures, we read the passage together at sight, while I provide you occasional assistance appropriate for students at the intermediate level.
