
Three years ago I was really obsessed with the dark circles under my eyes and felt uncomfortable leaving my house without concealer. Eventually I decided I wanted to put energy medicine to the test and try out different exercises to get rid of them. I never would have guessed that at the end of my attempts I would be able to donate my glasses that for several years I had to wear glasses while driving. I have to admit some of the videos in this course aren't the best quality as it was originally set up as a mini challenge to myself but the outcomes were so amazing that I felt I needed to rerecord the poorest quality videos. Split up the material into a manageable structure for you and let you feel the results.
The eyes are truly the window to the soul and so I used a wide range of holistic tools to affect my own and found it impacted my emotions, vision and looks. So before you begin the training in the videos I'd like you to grade yourself on all 3 aspects.
Write down these words as headings. FEAR, ANGER, SORROW, PANIC, WORRY. Give yourself a mark out of ten of how you think these emotions play out in your body on a daily basis. Do you regularly feel anxious, do you often get into fights, do nerves play out in your system? Take your time on this and come back to this paper regularly throughout the course and see if the holistic exercises I've created to affect your eyes are affecting your emotions too.
Secondly do a body scan. Take note of every part of your body and write down where you are holding onto pain and tension. Is one side of your body different from the other. Are there movements that you are currently unable to make such as touching your toes or lifting your arms? Just be aware of all this without trying to change it and regularly come back to this practice of connecting with your body and acknowledging where you are at.
Finally if you want to you can complete the vision test on the essilor website and take a note of your results.
Please keep this paper handy and refer to it when prompted later. This course is written so you have an exercise every day if you do approximately 20 minutes per day looking after your energetic health I am confident you will see results. It may take longer than the 30 days that I set out to do to get the same results I did as everyone is different and you may notice emotional shifts before shifts in looks or vision and that's okay. Here's the second video I made a few years ago it's pretty self explanatory. I hope you enjoyed your water this morning. You can follow these exercises shown on their own or with the Tibetan eye chart if you have it now. It might be a good idea to just take a simple note of the exercises as we go along and stop to pause after each one. This way you can take a note of which exercises make a big difference for you. By the end of this course you'll have almost 100 things you can do to help your eyesight so practice awareness as each body is unique some exercises may have better effects than others. That way you'll know how to build your own personal eye health routine by the end of the course. So once you have watched the video check how you feel before and after doing the following
gently pressing the eyes around the sockets
rubbing hands together and palming eyes
adjusting your focus looking into distance vs close up
Tapping on your finger placed over eyes
You can always mark yourself out of 10 and see which one makes the biggest difference.

Remember to smile as you tap your cheeks that way you'll hit stomach 2 centrally and you'll activate the radiant circuits which are energy pathways that stimulate joy in your system. One of my favourite quotes from Donna Eden is "A smile can save your life!"

As you can see these are new exercises to add to your repertoire so check in with how you feel before and after doing the tapping and tracing. If you have any pets notice if they affect you as much. Take a note of the exercises and once you have watched the video and followed the exercises there take some time to do the exercises from the past few days so you build up a routine for yourself of about 10 minutes to look after your eyes each day.
This video was part of the reason I decided to release this course now as most people have been looking at screens much more than normal during lock-down. I'd also say this is probably one of the oddest aspects of Eden energy medicine as working rubbing spoons of your body can seem crazy but honestly just try it and feel the benefits. If you can keep a spoon in the fridge to chill it before you watch and follow the video below. The video also mentions the use of cut glass crystals which you can pick up anywhere online etsy have some lovely designs available.
Again please take a note of how you feel before and after using the spoon, crystals and/or tracing the lotus petals and hearts on your face. I very casually mentioned thanking your eyes. It is actually a practice that is deeply empowering to just acknowledge all the work our body parts do for us. So often we get beat up about our bodies and what's wrong with us that we don't stop to appreciate everything our bodies do. Please take a moment to acknowledge the amazing feat of nature that your eyes are capable of and say a little thank you to your eyes and tell yourself that they are improving daily as you bask in the awe that your eyes allow you to see whatever that means for you.
This mediation can be listened to as often as you want over the course of your eyesight empowerment experience. Often times your perception of things can be what causes you to feel bad about your looks or vision and your 3rd eye and heart when in alignment do not allow for you to beat yourself up.
This is another longer video and as with the stomach points I'd advise that if you feel a good energetic shift from holding here then I'd run this video and hold on to the points weekly. The kidneys do so much work in your body and are the real source of flow so make sure you are well hydrated before holding the points. As this is a longer video you may wish to just do this alone today or you may do some of the earlier exercises that made you feel good too. Take note how this makes you feel and if you notice it causing a significant boost to the other exercises if you choose to do them.
So in this short video I talk about the circadian rhythms and how good sleep affects your eyes. Please note it was originally made to be watched between 9 and 11 pm to help people with insomnia so it may be good to bookmark this page if you are reading this at another time. I actually trace my own meridians using moisturiser cream every time I have a shower. It is a holistic exercise which is great for your whole body and will have some impact on your eyes too. Between the meridian tracing and the aura work for today you'll have about 15 minutes so it's up to you if you want to add in other exercises you like from previous days.
You might find this video a little woo-woo or out there if you've never done work with your aura or energy field before. One way to test the efficacy of these exercises is to use a weight or water jug. Lift it up parallel to the ground and ensure it's usually okay to lift but takes a bit of effort. Try thinking of things you like versus things you hate and notice if the weight feels heavier one way or the other. You should be able to see the weight feeling harder to hold up if you consider unhappy memories as opposed to happy ones. Before you watch the video hold the weight in one hand and gently flick the auric field in front of your eyes. This should break up the energy and cause the weight to feel heavier. You can retest again after the video. If the exercise is useful for you you'll find the second time you do it the weight doesn't feel as hard to handle. As this video is a short one today you can try out some of the other exercises from other days and if you want to check with the jug to see if it feels lighter to hold after each exercise.
The left side of the brain governs the right side of the body and vice versa so helping that crossover pattern neurologically can be really powerful. Make sure before you start the exercises you do a body scan and pause in between each one to see what effect each has and take note of what feels good for you. Tapping is great for stimulating blood flow and it calms down your fight or flight systems and makes you feel safe. at least that's how it makes me feel. It's be great to know how it makes you feel. As this video is just 8 minutes long you can choose a few other shorter exercises to bring you up to your 10 minutes for the day. Look through your notepad and see if there's something that jumps out today that would be good. Perhaps a spoon to the eyes or tapping your cheeks and spleen points. Do what feels good for you!
5 years ago I set myself a challenge of 30 days to get rid of my dark circles using dietary changes, oils to use on acupressure points, affirmations and meditations, tai chi and yoga stretches, reiki, crystal therapy, magnet therapy and self massage, pranayama breathing exercises and Eden Energy Medicine routines. Basically anything holistically I could think of to help! By the end of the month I managed to improve the skin around my eyes as planned and did a whole photoshoot without any makeup, but surprisingly I also had the beautiful side effect of reducing my prescription and being able to donate my glasses to charity. Now years later I still don't need glasses and I feel that keeping up with certain parts of the course has improved not just my eyesight but my perspective on life. I have a better vision about my journey ahead that which is why I want to share this part of my journey with you!
