Culture is something which one inherits from his ancestors and it helps in distinguishing one individual from the other. Company culture refers to the beliefs and principles of a particular organization. The culture followed by the company has a deep impact on the employee and their relationship amongst themselves. There are various types of company culture such as normative culture, pragmatic culture, academic culture, baseball team culture etc. No two companies have the same culture because the culture of one company is unique and distinct from the other.

There are so many importance of an company culture, the culture decides the way employee interact at their workplace. A healthy culture encourages the employee to stay motivated and loyal towards their management. The culture of the workplace also goes a long way in promoting healthy competition at the work place. Employee try their level best to perform better than their fellow workers and earn recognition and appreciation from their superiors. It is the culture of the workplace which actually motivates the employees to perform.

The are some factors that affect the culture of the company, the nature of business also affect the culture of the company. stock brooking industries, financial services, banking industry are all dependent on external factors like demand and supply. market cap, earning per share and so on. When employees are happy, they can become more engage with their work and higher engagement bring more productivity.
