Description

Industrial Property Rights have been on a boom for the last decade, a lot of treaties and national conferences have occurred to bring in the betterment of these laws and give better protection.

In this course, we have set it up in such a way that the student shall learn everything that there is to learn about IPR and its components. The aim of this course is to make Industrial Property Rights more approachable and more relatable to our daily lives. We have included the commercial aspects of this right and also given live examples of how IPR can be exploited and protected and discussed the need for the IPR related laws.

We have focused on covering the Copyrights Act, Trademarks Act, Patents, Geographical Indicators, and Plant Varieties Protection Act and have included an explained introductory video and lastly a whole lecture on National conventions on IPR.

This course not only stands out because of the cases laws that have been included in every lecture to make it more interesting and more relatable to the students but also because the lectures have been delivered by an expert in the field of IPR
