    These animated video dialogues of common everyday situations introduce useful expressions and language from the lesson. Learners watch the videos and fill in the gaps to complete the dialogues before checking the answers to see how they did.

    After listening to the useful expressions, as pronounced by native speakers, you will practice key phrases from the lesson by saying them out loud at least three times.

    These animated role plays test learners' understanding of the key language from the lesson.

Each of the lessons begins with an animated dialogue of a common situation to present the key expressions you need to know. The video is shown firstly without subtitles and then played again with speech bubbles. Here you listen to the dialogues and fill in the gaps to test your understanding

To help you improve your pronunciation and intonation, there is a listen and repeat activity, featuring the accents of native English speakers from The UK and The USA.

The lessons also include a role-play section where you can test your progress by selecting the correct response from a series of on-screen options.
