My name is Jean-Yves Lapeyrere, I am the CEO for a French employer’s organization and the secretary of EC-OE, the European Confederation of Outdoor Employers.
EC-OE is an organization based near Brussels in Belgium, which represents the interests of EU Outdoor commercial companies such as Raft centers, Ski schools, Hiking Camps, High ropes, Outdoor seminars, Kayak and Canoe centers, kite surf, sailing, climbing activities and all sorts of Outdoor pursuits …
One of our key issue is to help people who want to work abroad and have their qualification recognized.
As such, I have been handling during the last 20 years the dossiers of many EU citizens from Ireland, the UK, France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Sweden, Bulgaria, Portugal, Czech Republic, and many more, who wanted to work in France as well as Italy, Austria, Slovenia, and others.
I have encountered all sorts of civil servants supporting all sorts of exotic administrative positions and have learned to bring down administrative barriers and get professional qualifications recognized, which opened national labor markets to EU citizens and got them the right to work.
Today I am happy to share this experience with you and to pass on to you the experience I have gained over the years.
