Market Research: The process of determining the strength and viability of your product through research on the current supply and potential customers.

In this lesson, you will learn what is a niche, how to narrow down in your niche and how to successfully create products around this niche.

Niche: A targeted area that you focus on

In this last lesson of our first Pillar, you will begin making your ideal client avatar, this client avatar is a made-up version of your ideal customer. This customer is who you will gear your marketing to, your brand messaging and even your products. It is helpful to get this client's avatar as clear as possible.

Brand Messaging: The way you communicate with your customers, including your brand look, language and content you put out. Brand messaging is creating individual key messages that you want your audience to understand about your brand. These messages will shape their perception of your brand. Therefore, painting an image of your brand for them.

Pain Point: A specific problem that your ideal customers experience.

Brand Kit: A visual representation of your brand onto a page, it ensures communication with your audience is both consistent and effective.

Keyword List: A list of the main words your ideal client would use to search for your product.

In this lesson, you will learn how to create your own Brand Kit. Down below you are given a free Canva template to create your Brand Kit, remember you will be taught how to use Canva in Pillar 3 so feel free to wait until after Pillar 3 to make your Brand Kit.

Welcome to your first lesson in Pillar 4, this lesson is you will learn how to open up your Etsy Shop. Remember if you are new to Etsy you can open up your shop and get 40 FREE listings with this link!

In this lesson, you will learn how to step up your Etsy Shop Policies. These policies communicate with your customers what to expect from your shop, whether you accept returns or cancellations and so forth. For printables, I recommend a certain standard of Policies which I explain more below.

In this lesson, you will learn how to use Etsy Shop manager. Etsy Shop Manager is where you... well, manage your shop. It is straightforward and easy to use and in this video, I break down each component you can find in it.

Now we move onto the exciting stuff, learning how to create an Etsy Listing photo for your product. Printables Etsy listing are different than the usual handmade goods found on Etsy, you must bring your digital product to life! In the video below I teach you how you can do this.

By the end of this last lesson of Pillar 5, you will have created a Tailwind account and scheduled your pins made from the prior lesson. For Pinterest and similar to many other social media, it is important to be consistent and post often, Pinterest is no different. Tailwind, however, allows you to do all your scheduling and planning ahead of time, therefore, you won't be stuck on your computer day in and day out.
