Description
To ensure that participants are aware of the relationship between ethical conduct and business practices and that they know the ethical theories, standards and practices as it relates to the general conduct of business and their interaction with employees, customers and the public at large.
Specifically, the course aims to:
Establish a clear understanding of what ethics is
Foster an understanding of ethical responsibilities in society
Improve or establish individual and group skills in identifying and analyzing ethical issues in business and formulating recommended solutions that may resolve ethical conflicts and dilemmas
Critically examine the assumptions and values that people of diverse backgrounds bring to the complex world of business
