I am not a professional chef. But I do love cooking and foodie photography very much. I cherish what I am doing hence I keep doing with full of heart and share to everyone that cherish the same dream. :)
Most of my cooking experience includes combination of Western and Asian (Chinese). I grown up in typical Chinese cooking environment includes fry, steam, thick sauce and chilis. Yet all these usually have to eat together with carbs i.e. rice.
I love Westerns as I am a fan of grilling, barbecue meat. I am so obsessed with watching cooking videos, looking at recipe books etc etc. Now I would like to share all my experiences and tips, to make you feel easy of home cooking.
