If you only use one essential oil, this is it! Lavender (lavandula angustifolia) is the most versatile of all essential oils. Most commonly known for its relaxing effects on the body, therapeutic-grade lavender has been highly regarded for the skin. It may be used to cleanse cuts, bruises and skin irritations.
Clove bud oil is also used to help ease respiratory problems, such as cough, colds, sinusitis, asthma and tuberculosis. In fact, chewing on a clove bud is said to help sore throats. Antiseptic — It is applied topically to assist in addressing fungal infections, wounds and cuts
One of the most powerful Essential Oils made, Frankincense is very healing. It builds up the immune system. It has very strong anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial properties.
Grapefruit Oil helps you lose weight and decrease your appetite.
Wild Orange Oil is uplifting. If you are down, this oil will cheer you up and revitalize you.
Lemon Oil is cold pressed. It cleansed the air, cleanses the body and promotes a positive mood.
Lemongrass Oil is not the same as Lemon Oil. Lemongrass supports your digestion. It is used as a massage oil. Joan uses Lemongrass for helping her Thyroid.
Peppermint Oil is used for colds. It is great for digestion, for headaches, and general health. It can relax you before sleep.
Cinnamon supports healthy immune system, repels insects, helps increase your metabolism.
Vetiver blended oil, InTune blended oil are suggested to increase focus.
A special oil blend for relaxing is Liquid Calm. It is an important blend for stress reduction.
