Welcome to Essential Kriya Yoga, an Estudio Korunta training designed as a continuation of the course Chakra Sadhana: Complete Guide. To take this course, it is important to have completed that previous training, as this program moves into more advanced practices related to chakras, nadis, prana, kundalini shakti, and meditation.
This course is structured as a progressive 20-week program, in which you will study and integrate 20 carefully selected Kriya Yoga techniques. Each week, you will learn a new kriya and gradually incorporate it into your existing practice, building a solid foundation for inner work and daily discipline.
Kriya Yoga can be understood as the yoga of conscious action, practice, and internal movement. Rather than being merely intellectual or contemplative, this system uses specific techniques to work with the body, breath, attention, and the flow of prana. Its purpose is to support the purification of the nadis, the progressive activation of the chakras, and a deeper relationship with internal energy.
The course is based on traditional principles of Hatha Yoga and yogic physiology. Instead of trying to control the mind directly, Kriya Yoga works with prana, since breath, vital energy, and mental states are deeply connected. By learning how to direct prana more consciously, the practitioner can cultivate greater steadiness, concentration, and self-awareness.
Throughout the course, you will explore:
20 progressive Kriya Yoga techniques.
Gradual chakra activation.
Purification of the nadis.
The relationship between prana, breath, and mind.
Kundalini shakti from a careful and progressive approach.
Weekly integration of the practices.
Meditation, concentration, and internalization.
Application of Hatha Yoga principles to energetic practice.
This course does not promote forced experiences or instant expectations. Work with kundalini and internal practices should be approached with respect, discipline, and gradual progression. For this reason, the methodology is organized week by week, allowing each technique to be assimilated before moving on to the next one.
This program is ideal for:
Students who have completed Chakra Sadhana: Complete Guide.
Yoga practitioners interested in traditional Kriya Yoga.
Teachers who want to deepen their understanding of pranayama, chakras, nadis, and meditation.
Students interested in kundalini shakti from a gradual perspective.
Practitioners seeking a clear 20-week structure for personal sadhana.
By the end of the course, you will have a practical foundation of 20 kriyas that you can integrate into your personal discipline in a progressive, conscious, and organized way. The intention is to help you develop a deeper, steadier practice connected with the internal dimensions of yoga.
Upon completion, you will receive your Udemy certificate of completion, which may be used to register 20 YACEP continuing education hours with Yoga Alliance. If you would like to receive a diploma issued by Estudio Korunta – Rafael Díaz, you may request it for an additional fee of $25 USD. More information is provided inside the course.
If you have already completed Chakra Sadhana and want to move into a deeper Kriya Yoga practice, this course offers a clear, progressive, and serious path to continue your study and inner transformation.
