ESG REGULATIONS AND COMPLIANCE
Designed to give you a detailed, practical and accessible introduction to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) regulations and compliance, this course explores how sustainability rules are reshaping financial services, investment decisions, product governance, risk management and corporate accountability.
Throughout the course, learners will be introduced to key global and European ESG frameworks, including ISSB, CSRD, ESRS, SFDR, the EU Taxonomy, European Green Bonds, MiFID II and IDD sustainability preferences. The course explains these topics in a clear and structured way, helping learners understand not only what the rules are, but why they matter and how they are applied in practice.
The course is especially useful for those working in or aspiring to work in compliance, risk management, financial services, asset management, insurance, banking, investment advisory, governance, consulting or sustainable finance. It also provides valuable insight for directors, managers, students and professionals who want to understand how ESG regulation is becoming a core part of modern business decision-making.
By the end of the course, learners will have a stronger understanding of ESG compliance expectations, greenwashing risks, sustainability disclosures, data governance, board oversight and regulator-ready evidence.
