In this lesson, we will be going over ideal posture in sitting and standing. We will first give you a general look at correct sitting posture and then go through each limb in the slides.
Please download the D2 checklist. The D2 checklist allows you to identify specific computer based ergonomic problems. Is the monitor directly in front of the employee? Can the person type with their shoulders relaxed? The D2 checklist can help you identify how each limb is or is not working in neutral posture.

This lecture will go into further depth about ergonomic products and how to go about choosing the right one. We will review some of the benefits of each product as well as introduce students to product specific concerns to consider before making a recommendation.

In this course, students will learn how to reduce workers comp claims for employees working at their computer. Whether you're a new HR grad, therapist, or beginner interested in learning how to prevent pain at the computer, taking this course will establish you as the go-to ergonomic expert.
