Hey everyone, I’m Fraser and welcome to Entry Level Gardening. I’m a philanthropist at heart and love helping others grow their own produce. Growing up on a hobby farm led me on a path of passion for the outdoors and self-sustaining means. I hold a degree in Forestry and have extensive experience working as a wildland Firefighter, and co-founded a non-profit organization to aid in disaster relief efforts in Nepal.
From experiencing 64 days of self-sufficient living in the Tundra wilderness foraging and growing my own food to worldly travels where I learned about and taught others how to grow food in different climates, I am a self-taught permaculturalist, hydroponics, and aquaponics enthusiast. You can often find me Solo Mountain hiking, camping, hunting, and fishing on my days off from my regular job as a certified Firefighter and Fire Prevention Inspector. Join me for an exciting educational journey as I guide you from seed to plate on your own food-growing adventure.
