Learn about the lightweight and agile way of building a blueprint for any business whether a small business, a startup, a growth business, or an enterprise. We will talk about enterprise architecture that is made of three pillars: business architecture, technical architecture, and delivery architecture. Business architecture consists of three living documents: business strategy, customer journey, and capabilities and gaps. Technical architecture consists of three living documents: current state process, future state process, and strategic roadmap. Finally, delivery architecture of made of project charters, users experience mockups, and solution blueprints. We will provide a frame work for each part of the enterprise architecture for example we will use the V2MOM framework to map out our business strategy. For our business strategy we will define our vision, and we will define a SMART vision one that is specific, measurable, attainable, reasonable, and time-bound. We will define our core values that will help us support our vision. We will identify methods to achieve our vision. We will identify obstacles in the path of our vision to mitigate.
