Tell Greens they can build a team and teach people.
Blues: Can test your patience. They flourish on websites, graphs and lots of information. They will go over it again and again.
Yellow: Don't tell them they will be on stage.
Are men and women different?
Male self esteem is based on how well they are supporting their family. This goes back to the caveman years.
Women are nurturers. They tend to want to share the products and that is the key.
