Teaching is my passion - helping others to enjoy life and living with love and energy. It can be so simple. We all need to relax, focus and overcome anxiety. My mission in life is to show you ways in which you can increase your body awareness, and improve balance and co-ordination for better health and wellbeing in a fun, enjoyable way and share it with others too. Your mental and physical health is so important, and you can do something to get the best out of your life.
