Module 8 :

This Module consists two sections that teaches about the Parametric Run. The learnings of Sections are as following


Section 1 : This section consist theoretical lectures that provides deep learnings on Parametric Runs. Though the section is focused on the learnings of About Parametric Runs, How create this Run, Where it's possible use & where not, Steps to perform Parametric Runs & Then Practical illustration for clear understanding. So lectures are,

Lecture 1  : This lecture provides basic Understanding of Parametric runs that how it distinguish from the EEM wizard.

Lecture 2 : This lecture provides learnings on How to create Parametric Run & It's Steps as well  as Where it should be useful & Where it is not useful.

Lecture 3 : In this lecture Process from The defining of Global Parameters, Assigning of Global Parameters, Defining Parametric Runs, Defining of Parametric Components, Run Parametric Simulation to Analyse Parametric Simulation Result  are discussed.


Section 2 : In this section, particularly 2 lectures purely based on Practical illustration of Parametric runs in eQuest is Explained.

Lecture 1 : In this Lecture, How to perform Parametric Run in eQuest on a particular Model in a Very detailed manner to provide complete understating on Parametric Run.

Lecture 2 : This Lecture is about Practical way teaching on eQuest Software from Creation of Model to Performing EEM Wizard as well as Generation of Reports.


The course is useful to Architects and Engineers who wish to perform Energy Modelling of Building. The 10 Module course gives hand on practice to create the building, to apply energy efficiency measure and to predict the building performance before it is made. It is a consolidated course to understand Energy Modelling from scratch and to be expert in the same. All modules have explanation videos about What is energy modelling followed by details of eQuest software.
