Just to give you a brief introduction about who we are, Path to Transcendence is a spiritual group and movement purely focused on helping people elevate on their spiritual journey, to transcend limitations to a world of infinite possibilities.
This course is designed for beginners on the spiritual path, who seek to learn more and gain insights that can assist them in transforming their life.
The first course out of the three for beginners that we're providing is about energy.
Here are the main objectives for the course
In this course we aim to help you clarify what Energy is and the affects it has on your life, on your
body, in your mind and state of consciousness.
We'll look at what exactly energy is by looking at the various perspectives that are available in science and spirituality.
We also will cover the mechanics of energy such as polarity, law of resonance, law of conservation and more.
We'll touch base with what frequencies are and how they translate as emotions and also have a look at the Chakra systems within our bodies and what each Chakra represents.
Finally we have fun activities that you can try at home and share with your friends that can demonstrate the existence of your own inner energy.
We look forward to engaging in this course with all of you and we hope you'll use the information that we provide to effectively change your outlook on life.
This is an exercise you can practice to help you navigate the primal energy that's latent in the body. Seeing and feeling this energy course through your body acts as a subtle reminder that it's always available, performing complex tasks without your conscious control. This exercise will have three assignments that can all be performed simultaneously but can be approached individually to refine your experience.
The first assignment is get yourself into a comfortable position, it's of no concern with how you choose to position your body so long as it feels dignified for you. A position you can maintain to get yourself in a calm and peaceful state. Once you're in your comfortable position pay close attention to the rhythm of your breath, watch the style of your inhalation and exhalation. Reserve no judgment to what you observe and feel, remain dispassionate about the whole process. If you notice yourself deviating from the movement of your breath bring yourself back, this is a practice of patience.
The second assignment is to use the calmness of your body as leverage to your level of focus. The intent of this assignment is to refine your awareness to focus on one thing, specifically the different parts of your body. Firstly focus all your attention on your left foot. Feel the coherent presence within your foot, the texture of the ground that your feet are planted on and the elusive pull the floor has on your soles. The longer you look the more you'll notice the subtle energy flowing around your foot, watch the energy dance with no judgement. Continue to do this with every part of your body all the way up to your face. The purpose of this is to bring a sense of aliveness to every part of your body, to bridge the gap between your actual body and the idea of your body held in your mind.
The third assignment is to now adjust your gaze into a non-local awareness of your entire body. Observe your whole body as an integrated network of different limbs forming different functions. Feel the primal energy coursing through your body in an unbiased fashion. Pay attention to how this energy doesn't discriminate nor favor certain parts of your body, it exists throughout unconditionally. If any emotions or thoughts that disturb or distract you arise shift your attention back to the energy; if you're patient enough you'll notice how these thoughts and emotions dissolve within the dance and movement of this energy
