Most chakra teaching stops at the crown. There is a good deal above it, and it is where the connection to guidance actually sits.

This is the upper end of the system - crown, third eye, and the centres above the head.

What I will take you through

  • Work the crown properly instead of treating it as the finish line

  • Open the transpersonal centres above the head

  • Recognise when the upper centres are open and the lower ones are not, which is common and unpleasant

  • Balance top to bottom rather than chasing the ceiling
