I would like to introduce myself formally to you. Throughout Energy Academy I am going to share my own story and experience but giving you a bit of background to me will set the scene nicely.
In this first module, we are setting the foundation for your journey. Certain things will be good for you to be aware of upfront to make the path to the new version of your life easier.
Our first lesson is all about “How to make the most out of this program”. I want to make sure that nothing is standing in your way - not even you.
In this second lesson, we will go deeper into understanding the comfort zone. You will understand why it’s necessary to be aware of this as part of the Process of Change.
We are laying another stone of your foundation by learning what it means to be inside or outside of your comfort zone. And where the new version of you living your dream life exists.
In this lesson, we talk about how to powerfully set intentions for your life and how not to confuse them with expectations.
First, let me introduce you to the concept of expectations. What they are and what they do to us. Afterwards, I will share the concept of intentions and you will see why you want to shift away from expectations and towards intentions.
Intention Setting Meditation
I created this guided meditation for you to bring your intentions to life. Go first through the workbook to become clear about your intentions and then use this meditation to begin to experience a new life with fulfilled intentions.
Please go through this meditation at a minimum one time. But keep repeating it as much as you like to clarify further and strengthen your intentions. Happy Meditating!

The Emotional Release Meditation is for you to release and transmute low-vibrating emotions that come up when you go through inner work like you do in Energy Academy. Remember, emotions are energy in motion. The energy that wants to be released.
Use this meditation whenever you feel emotional or feel "negative" emotions bubbling up inside of you. Use this meditation in a safe space where you are undisturbed.

Welcome to Module 3. I introduced you to the 3 Energy Areas that we bring together in the Energy Academy for a holistic approach to your health, change agility and self-actualization.
In Module 3 we discover the first energy area which is your Spiritual Energy. And through this exploration, you are going to discover Your Self.
This will be a deep dive into your identity and who you truly are compared to who you think you are.
In this lesson, we will talk about Who you think you are vs. Who you really are.
In the last video, we discussed that you are not your mind and that you are not your body. That you are something greater. And now we are going to explore what that greatness is.

In this lesson, we will investigate the difference between the Ego and the Higher Self. This will provide you with the greatest understanding of these 2 Selves that each one of us has.
After this lesson, you know exactly how they show up in your life so you can distinguish between them going forward.
Ego Connection Meditation
This meditation is for you to build a stronger relationship with your Ego. Your Ego wants to be heard, seen and understood. The better you communicate with your Ego, the more it allows you to be in the driver's seat of your life - without throwing tantrums and creating drama from fear, scarcity and insecurity.
Repeat this meditation on a regular basis until the Ego voice in your head calms and quietens down. Come back to it when you lose connection with your Ego and it's running the show again.
Higher Self Connection Meditation
I created this beautiful meditation to connect you with your Higher Self. I know now how valuable and life-changing my connection to my Higher Self is. It's the most beautiful guiding light in my life now.
I want you to have the same strong relationship with your Higher Self where you receive insights, guidance and messages from it to help you on your path.
Repeat this meditation on a regular basis and begin to receive messages directly from source/God/the universe!
In Module 4 we will move from the Spiritual Energy to the Mental Energy Area. It means we get the mind involved. And that covers our conscious mind, the subconscious mind and the superconscious. What this all has to do with the process of change and the energy to create change, will be revealed to you now.

In this module, we cover Neuroscience and Biology as we talk about the brain, body and the nervous system. After understanding how our energy works on a spiritual and mental level, we bring it into the body.
And in this first lesson, we start with the nervous system.
Welcome back, beautiful soul. In this second lesson of Module 5, we are getting into the brain and body. We talked a lot about programs and patterns in our lives. And now we will see how they transfer neurologically, biologically and chemically inside of you.
Welcome back! In this last lesson of module 5, we talk about all the ways we can move the body and brain out of balance in everyday life situations. And what to do when we realize.
Self-Regulation Meditation: Breathing
This is a short meditation where I guide you to follow the breathing technique we did together in lesson 1 of this module. It helps you to calm down your systems and move from the sympathetic to the parasympathetic nervous system. Happy Breathing!
Self-Regulation Meditation: Lower your brain waves
In this meditation, I guide you to lower your brain wave patterns. Use this meditation when you realize that you are in high-beta brain wave patterns and have trouble getting yourself out of it.
When you know that you are burned out, use this meditation more regularly to rebalance your nervous system by moving your brain wave patterns from high-beta into low-beta and alpha. It will do wonders for you!
Self-Regulation Meditation: Safe for the Subconscious Mind
Your subconscious mind can either work for you or against you. It will work against your desires and dreams if it deems them to be unsafe. Use this meditation to program in your subconscious mind that your desires are safe for you to have/do/receive. That way, it won't stand in your way any longer.
Welcome to Module 6. You’ve made it to the last module where you will learn the step-by-step process to change yourself so you change your reality.
In this Module, we will be bringing everything we learned together into the Process of Change. It’s your path to create a new reality.
