Description

The Energise Online Yoga Course has been specifically created by Yoga Happi to compliment a busy modern life.  Many of our Happi students come to real world classes feeling inflexible, stiff or sore, fatigued, lethargic, irritable, restless, run-down.  They're seeking a boost to their mood, fitness and energy levels. They have found doing just one hour per week improves mental and emotional wellbeing as well as fitness and flexibility.

Energise is suitable for complete beginners through to intermediates. The hatha yoga lessons provide a lively and intense class to leave you feeling pumped and ready to take on the world.  Yoga postures are held for a shorter time and flowed through at pace, building heat in the body and raising the heart rate.  This is ideal for busy people as it combines a physical workout with meditation and awareness practices.

The lessons build up gradually, allowing your body and mind to get used to the moves over time.  You’ll learn some new moves in every lesson and build up the pace of the routines.
