What you'll learn
- We leave no stone unturned and teach you all the foundational skillsets & techniques from the ground up.
- We will cover the punching, kicking, trapping, stand up grappling and clinching range. In the future we will also be adding some ground grappling techniques.
- Systemically structured so that each and every skill builds on top of the next, with time you will find that all the skills taught can be combined.
- Over 80% of this program can be practiced solo. Some drills like the knife stripping series, will require a training partner in order to have better feedback.
- We show you the techniques from different angles so that you can have a better grasp of the movements that need to be done and how to do them properly.
- We will be updating our program. Once we add more content the price will go up accordingly. Students that have already signed up get all the updates for FREE!

Description
Unlike other programs, where they teach you various techniques from here and there without teaching the foundational techniques and skillsets, we have structured our program systemically, so that each and every skill builds on top of the next, even if said skills are from a different Martial Art style, with time you will find that all the skills taught can be combined and used in multiple situations.
The aim of this program is to teach you self defense, however some of the techniques taught can be implemented into your selected combat sport.
We structured the program so that you can have a very strong foundation upon which we will be able to build with future content updates.
We strongly encourage our students to be creative and play around with everything taught in the program, the amount of training material that can be extracted from our program is enormous.
We believe in having a very strong foundation, that is functional and works well in real self defense situations.
We will be updating our program and build on top of what we have. Once we add more content the price will go up accordingly.
Students that have already enrolled will get all the updates for FREE.
Please note that this program only contains the Empty Hand section from our full program, The Foundations of Self Defense, which also includes Escrima, Knife Defense & the Wing Chun program.

Darren has dedicated and been practicing martial arts for over 30 years and has been teaching for over 10.
The main philosophy of his teaching is to keep learning and improving and not to get ideological about just one martial art system.
Primarily based in Gozo, Malta but offer the option to do seminars in other countries.
