My name is Ashley Epstein and I am the Founder and Co-creator of Shift Tribe, a community organisation who believes in the power of global transformation through self transformation.
Along with my Wife Chloe and South African Colleagues, we have hosted over 12 Mass Meditation events in Cape Town, South Africa in the last 5 years.
Thousands of individuals join us in the spirit of world peace by meditating together at sunset on one of the most beautiful beaches in our country.
We are now transitioning to co-creating online educational content as a way to spread our vision and mission globally! :)
