Description

In this course, you will learn about employee health and wellness related to burnout prevention. The structure of this course takes you through a PowerPoint presentation with voiceover features as well as several artifacts that support the content of the PowerPoint. This course dives deeper into the literature on how burnout has, and is currently, impacting the workplace, specifically within healthcare settings. You will learn about the 8 Dimensions of Wellness, gain access to community resources that support these dimensions, review survey and interview data that I conducted during my capstone, and be equipped with solution focused interventions to support your personal and workplace wellness. Please follow along in the order that the Udemy course is laid out in order to best support your learning, as this course builds on topics as they are introduced. You will have access to the artifacts and resources embedded within this course, and I strongly encourage you to download these resources for continuous use beyond completion of this course. The goal of this course is to gain knowledge, insight, and solution focused strategies to not only combat workplace burnout, but to support your overall health, wellness, and wellbeing in order to be the best version of yourself.
