Practice daily active listening by hearing others without trying to fix or change them. Turn off internal distractions and external filters; write down thoughts and feelings daily to deepen empathy.
Learn how optical illusions reveal how perception, biases, and eyewitness accounts distort reality, and build self-awareness through mindful observation, note-taking, and situational cognizance to read between the lines.
