You feel the room before anyone says a word. You know when a friend is not fine, you carry a stranger's bad day home, and some evenings you are drained for no reason you can name. That is not a flaw in you. It is a sensitivity most people do not have, and it can be learned like any other skill.
I'm Michal Spiegelman. For more than thirty years I have worked with women as a social worker, a life coach, a spiritual mentor and a Reiki master, and I am an empath myself. This course is what I teach the women who come to me drained and overwhelmed: a set of practices to notice what is yours and what is not, shift your own energy on purpose, hold a boundary you can feel in your body, clear what you have picked up, and recharge.
What's inside:
Seven lessons in 23 short lectures, about three hours in all, each with a practice you can do the same day
A 40-page workbook to print or write on, with a page for every lesson
Guided practices: good-vibe moments, upshift with movement, feeling your boundaries, the RFR formula, the chakra and color visualization
The tools I use myself: water, solitude, journaling, grounding, decluttering, salt, smudging, stones, essential oils, color
Who it's for: empaths and highly sensitive people, and especially women in midlife who have built full, responsible lives, have done the reading and the therapy, and want something practical. You do not need any experience with energy work or chakras. Bring a journal and twenty minutes at a time.
What you'll have at the end: a clear picture of your own sensitivity, a short daily routine that keeps your energy yours, and a set of practices to return to whenever a room, a person or a week gets too loud.
This course is for personal growth and is not medical or psychological advice.
