Emotional well-being is a mental space which enables individuals to deal with their emotions effectively . People identify their emotions and the impact that those emotions have on their lives. Emotional wellness is an important part of life skill building . It is an important tool to achieve balance between inherent strengths and weaknesses . Emotional well-being affects how one looks at own self and others, interacts with each other, evaluates challenges, and explores or applies their choices.
Emotional well-being is founded on the belief that when a person develops an intimate healthy relation with all their emotions, he is able to
