Description

In this introductory course, you will be able to understand what it takes to learn the emotional and social skills that apply to workplaces. Some of these skills will help you in your personal life as well. Self-ethics and life skills are part of emotional and social intelligence.

Intelligence is not just learning hard skills; to grow, we need to gain those skills that are non-technical as well. However, using best practices and gaining early knowledge of the self, our feelings, others' feelings, and the task at hand, we can correlate our life experiences to those of the knowledge base. There is no ideal way to solve a problem, but we can use the best strategies and gain feedback from digital systems to enhance our learning capacity. We, as humans, go through a number of traumatic situations, and we often get startled by the situations. Our skill levels go up and down almost every day. Can a system alarm us or buddy up with us to provide us with those essential data points?

On a closing note, I have provided a framework for creating emotional (self-ethics) and social (life skills) skills to understand the dynamics and basics of EQ and SQ. However, with the digital transformational era, it is a challenge with the way we are functioning in hybrid work cultures post-COVID-19.

I wish each and everyone the best in their career endeavors and more!
