Emotion Intelligence (EQ) has been discovered to be influential to success in multiple areas of life. Research has found that EQ may be even more significant than IQ. EQ is said to assist with internal motivation, self-awareness, empathy, social skills, and self-regulation. The famous Emotional Intelligence book by Daniel Goleman is great for understanding EQ but does little to help us understand how to change our EQ score. In this course you will learn what are the purpose of Emotions and what do you do with them? You will learn the difference between feelings, emotions, and mood.
