Description

Emotion Intelligence (EQ) has been discovered to be influential to success in multiple areas of life. Research has found that EQ may be even more significant than IQ. EQ is said to assist with internal motivation, self-awareness, empathy, social skills, and self-regulation. The famous Emotional Intelligence book by Daniel Goleman is great for understanding EQ but does little to help us understand how to change our EQ score. In this course you will learn what are the purpose of Emotions and what do you do with them? You will learn the difference between feelings, emotions, and mood. You will learn just how Emotionally Intelligent you are and gain skills that will help to increase your EQ.

Later in a second Lecture you will learn and obtain key strategies on how to apply your EQ to your workplace environment as well as various interpersonal relationships. After we have practiced (hopefully working repeatedly towards mastery) the Emotion Regulation Skills for personal development taught earlier in the previous lectures, we now can begin to use the skills we gained to increase our own self-awareness, self-regulation, helping us connect with others around us.

Learn proven ways to effectively handle, manage, and cope with your emotions. Become healthier emotionally both internally, interpersonally, and professionally. This course is taught by a Master's Level Clinician Counselor who has worked to assist hundreds of clients in becoming more emotionally healthy and raising their EQ. Come learn these important life skills.
