This is one of the most powerful places to start and will help you see just how different your life can be once you take back control of your anger.
In this lecture, you will also find the downloadable audio for the timeline exercise or you can simply watch the video in the next lecture.
Here are your audio tracks for your shamanic journey, you should always Create sacred space when working with the spirits, listen to the tracks and focus on your intention to open space. If you so wish you can also say the words to enhance the ritual of opening space.
Then listen to the journey itself. You will want to find somewhere comfortable to sit and embark upon this epic journey, and I recommend an eye mask if you have one to help you focus clearly on the words and the journey itself.

Over the course of my life I struggled to control my temper. I tried counselling, therapy, hypnosis, NLP, Reiki, Shamanism and many more. I found that the best combination for me was to draw from a range of practices in NLP and some Shamanic tools to really identify root causes of anger so I could heal them, and practical techniques to prevent anger in the moment.
This course draws from over 20 years of learning and development to distil all of that knowledge and understanding into a few short hours, using a range of meditations, shamanic journeys, cognitive mindset techniques and mental pneumonic applications.
I will help you to take back control of your emotions, to stop losing your temper when it is least helpful and give you the confidence to be a happy and joyous individual.
This course will take you on shamanic journeys to the lower world where you will discover the root causes of your pain, trauma that you may have long forgotten but plays upon your psyche and turns your everyday situations into outbursts of rage.
You will receive many meditations to help you start your day the right way, reversing the "getting out of the bed on the wrong side" effect, and giving you the tools to make your day the most powerful possible, all in your favour.
I will give you a trigger/anchor which will allow you to slip directly into a state of calm and serenity when you feel you are losing your temper and this will help you maintain your cool when otherwise you would not.
You will take a timeline to understand just how much you want to make this change, and see what you life is going to look like if you continue to keep going down the same path.
