Instructor
Hi! I'm Sarah, certified Yoga and Meditation Instructor, Retreat Producer, Author and Digital Marketer.
As a yoga & meditation teacher, I teach weekly classes, as well as hosting several retreats each year in sunny climes including Spain, France and Sri Lanka. I also run regular Goddess inspired retreats and workshops.
My academic background is in science; my studies took me to Bath, Exeter and Harvard University and I hold an MSc in Psychology & Neuroscience. After completing my 200hr training in Yoga in 2012 and working with the priestesses of the Glastonbury Goddess Temple - I have combined science, yoga, meditation and goddess sparkle to help you connect to calm, and your inner goddess. I love to explore the mind-body connection with my Yoga students. The classes I teach focus on love and acceptance of who we are right now, embracing joy by living in the present moment.
In my other roles, I have been organising events for over a decade: everything from science fairs to tech conferences to yoga retreats. I love to bring people together and play host! It's hard work producing and marketing events, but hugely satisfying.
