    Begin by finding a comfortable and quiet place to sit or lie down. Close your eyes gently, and take a deep, cleansing breath in through your nose, and then slowly exhale through your mouth.


    With each breath, let go of any tension or stress you may be carrying. Feel the weight of your body sinking into your chosen surface, fully supported and at ease.


    Now, turn your attention to your breath. As you breathe in, imagine a wave of calmness and serenity washing over you, from the crown of your head to the tips of your toes. As you exhale, release any worries, thoughts, or distractions. Let them flow away like leaves on a gentle stream.


    In this moment, you are free from the past, and the future hasn't arrived yet. You exist only in this present moment. Feel the stillness and tranquility that it offers.


    If your mind starts to wander, gently guide it back to your breath. Focus on the rise and fall of your chest or the sensation of the air entering and leaving your nostrils.
