The pain you have been carrying is a reflection of the pain of Humanity. When one heals it opens a window and possibility of healing for all Beings. Elevate will guide you through 6 steps to help you to find more ease, grace and harmony in the challenges and impact points of this Life Journey.
During this Life Journey, we will connect and collide with each other in a myriad of ways. Each time our path intersects with another we may find ourselves drawn into an exchange that can either horrify or delight us - sometimes slipping into automatic reactions where our responses sound more like the words or warnings of our parents or grandparents.

These patterns and reactions are embedded codes that ßstep out of the shadows when we least expect them. These default settings hi-jack the situation regardless of our best intentions to stay neutral and positive.
There is a way out of the depleting cycle of pain and suffering - a way that we can transcend the experience and find our inner state of calm and peace.
In all our longing, yearning and deep desires for Peace, Harmony, Wellness, Abundance and Love we are remembering who we are – Beings of Light and Love.
It is time for us to reconnect to our Essence and Remember who we are. Learning how to release the impact points of pain and create harmony is a skill we can acquire. As we Elevate our Awareness we begin to live the life we desire and seek.
