This course will discuss methods and best industrial practices of industrial automation that are aligned with solution clarification, specification, cost estimation (BOQs), Conceptual Designs-Switchgear selection, PLC selection and Electrical Drawings. The objective is to understand and offer a complete control system solution with ease and fast as perhaps drinking a cup of tea or an elevator pitch.
This section will explain the requirements from the client or customer which is Request for Quotation (RFQ). This will then break it down into Activity Plan to getting the solution and as well as Request for Information. This will highlight the deliverables of the project.
Disclaimer: This is not an official EPLAN Course. Please contact EPLAN for Software licensing and official training.
This section of the course is focused on helping you get started with EPLAN without prior knowledge, Getting started quickly and mastering the software basics.
EPLAN is one of the leading software to use for panel design and its demand is increasing. Knowing how to use this software can give you many job opportunities and benefits. The mystery has always been to understand and use the software. Here I facilitate learning and development
Mechatronics is a symbiotic combination of precision mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electronics, and computer design systems used to control and automate mechanical products with electrical signal.
A plethora of interests in electrical control and instrumentation (EC&I) industrial internet of things (IIOT) data analytics and machine learning; connecting physical and digital systems -which ultimately create the ‘smart factories’ of manufacturing.
Therefore, industrial processes require equipment in the form of machines and automated devices. One needs to understand the electricals, electronics, mechanics, and the controls (devices). Big question is “What equipment to use for an automated solution?”
This Course answers the question.
The course is about:
· Activity Plan
· Motor Control Center Load List
· Motor Control Center Switchgear Selection
· Motor Control Center Single Line Diagrams
· Understanding and Interpreting P&IDs
· PLC IO list
· PLC selection
· Project Design (Electrical Drawings in EPLAN)
