Welcome to the Moon Manifesting with EFT Tapping course. In this section, I will break down the 8 phases of the Moon so you know what to expect in the coming weeks. Each moon phase carries a different energy, and in this course you will be aligning with each of the different moon phases to help you to manifest.
Each moon phase lasts a few days, so before you begin this course I highly recommend that go through a moon phase calendar and note down when the moon phases change. This is a great website that I use: https://moonphases.co.uk/moon-calendar
You will notice that some phases last longer than others, for example as I'm writing this the Waxing Crescent phase is 5 days, whereas the First Quarter is only 2 days long.

The course begins on the New Moon where you will set your intentions on what you want to manifest for this moon cycle. In each Moon Phase section, I will give you more information around the themes of the Moon, the tarot card that relates to it and what to do and not to do. People have been following the Moon Cycles for thousands of years and you can see it's influence in Celtic Astrology, Paganism, Islam (Ramadan falls on the New Moon), the Hebrew calendar is based on the moon and many other traditions and religions are influenced by the moon.

Are you ready to begin your Moon Manifesting journey? Yes, you absolutely are! Personally, the New Moon is my favourite phase (shh don’t tell the others) because this is an opportunity to have a fresh start. If I could describe it, it feels like clean linen sheets, or when all the dishes are done are put away. It feels like turning over your calendar to the next month after a hectic month before, and it feels like closing all the tabs down on your computer. In other words: it feels fabulous.
This is your opportunity to begin again. Spend the next few days to journal, tap and really get clear on what you want to welcome in during this New Moon phase. The clearer we are with our intentions, the easier the Universe can bring it to us. Use the journal prompts in the next section to help you with that clarity.

The 8 Areas of Life Exercise
This is a great exercise to get clearer on what is going well, what needs more attention and where you want to go. Although it’s great to have dozens of goals and things we want to achieve, if we are distracted, unclear and don’t know where to focus our precious energy: nothing will happen. Write down these eight areas of life and rate them out of 10 as to how fulfilled, accomplished and happy you feel about them.

Did your answers surprise you? This is a great exercise to do at the start of each New Moon as it helps you to focus on where you want to align your energy. For example, if your LOVE & RELATIONSHIPS were a 1, then maybe this New Moon you decide to focus on manifesting love in your life.
Journal Prompts
What did I discover from doing the 8 areas of life exercise?
What do I want to manifest in this Moon Cycle? These could be tangible goals such as a new job, earning x amount of money, to manifest a romantic relationship, to travel to Paris etc. If you’re struggling to think of exactly what you want, think about how you would like to feel. This could be love, peace, excitement, fulfillment and then journal “how will I know when I have manifested that” and write down any tangible ways you would know you had manifested that feeling. Be specific and dream big - anything is possible.
What are the reasons I want to manifest this? How would it change my life? How would I feel?
What lessons and blessings did I experience from the past Moon Cycle?
What aligned action steps could I take this week to move me towards this goal? Could it be taking care of your mental health by investing in therapy? To exercise more? Start a gratitude journal?
When will I take these aligned actions this week? + put it in your calendar. If it’s not scheduled, it’s not happening ;)
Write a New Moon Affirmation that you can use for the next 28 days.
An affirmation or mantra is a positive present statement such as “I am abundant” or “I am a money magnet”. It’s something that is short, concise and most importantly: feels good to say out loud! If you’re struggling with saying “I am” and you can feel your subconscious shouting back to you “you’re not” you can put “I choose to become a person that is/has.…” at the start instead.
Amazing! Your journaling is complete for the New Moon. Now you have got clear on what you want and where you want to go, you have put a signal out to the Universe to help you to manifest it. However, as we already know, manifesting is a process so have patience, trust and have faith in the Universe and take aligned action towards what you want to bring into your life.
Welcome to your Aligned Action Step for the New Moon. Hopefully you have got an affirmation that you will be using for this Moon Cycle. Don't worry if you're not 100% sure if you're happy with it, you have the next few days to adjust it. For example, an affirmation I once used was "opportunities are always coming my way" and you can imagine, a lot of opportunities came but not ones that I wanted. I changed my affirmation to "opportunities that align with my values always come my way" and then this changed what entered into my life, so you may find yourself making an adjustment.
Your aligned action step is simply to embed your affirmation into your life everyday using a few different techniques, you can use them all or pick one that resonates with you:
Tap in your affirmation every day - do 3 rounds of tapping every day tapping in your affirmation
Write your affirmation down on a piece of paper and stick it somewhere you can see it everyday and repeat it out loud as often as you can
If you are more tech savvy, create a phone wallpaper or laptop background with your affirmation so you can see it everyday
Record an affirmation meditation - simply go to YouTube and pick meditation music you like, press record on your recorder app on your phone and repeat your affirmation out loud for 5 minutes. Meditate to your affirmation meditation every day until the end of the Moon Cycle (I've tried this, it's powerful stuff!)

If you have yet to hold your own New Moon ceremony or are looking for tips to spruce yours up, keep on reading. Having a New Moon ceremony is a powerful way for you to reconnect to yourself, to set your intentions and manifest. I've personally held dozens of Moon Ceremonies and have attended plenty of them over the last few years, and here are my top tips:
Your sacred space - find somewhere in your home where you know you can be in peace and not distracted by anyone and anything. It could be your bedroom, your garden or living room.
Prepare your space - make the space inviting and beautiful. You can decorate by lighting candles, adding crystals, cleanse with sage or palo santo and have your journal close by.
Ground yourself - it's important to set time aside for your ceremony and to become grounded and present. You can do this by meditating for 10 minutes, imagining roots growing down your spine into the Earth or listening to a grounding guided meditation
Welcome in the elements and the moon - you can begin to welcome in love, support and guidance from the Universe and the elements by simply stating out loud "I welcome in the love, support and guidance (or whatever you need at that time) from the Universe, Moon and elements, thank you"
Journal - spend as long as you need to journal, either using the journal prompts provided with this course, or you can free write. The intention here is to get clear on what you want to call in and manifest
EFT tapping - I'll admit I've not seen a lot of Moon Ceremonies using EFT tapping, but for me it is like spell work and very powerful, but then again I think you already know that considering you're taking this course You can tap along with the EFT on this course, or create your own. Release your fears and limiting beliefs and tap in new and positive beliefs that support you and what you want to manifest
Dance - this is optional but very magical. I love to play my favourite playlist and dance to a couple of my favourite songs, not just because it's fun, but because it raises my vibration and makes me feel amazing! Give it a go if you haven't done it before, dancing moves around the energy and let's face it - it's so much fun!
Close and gratitude - to finish the ceremony, say thank you for the wisdom and guidance revealed to you and I like to close by saying out loud "this or something better manifests for me", blow out the candles and know you have set the ball into motion

Welcome to your journaling section for the Waxing Crescent Moon. The themes of this journaling are focused around getting aligned and taking small steps. Remember when you take one step, the Universe will meet you halfway.
How aligned am I towards my New Moon intentions?
If I’m not feeling aligned, what is important to me now to focus on? Eg. I thought I wanted to focus on a romantic relationship but the truth is it’s because I’m feeling lonely so instead I’m changing my focus to loving myself and taking myself out on a date.
What can I do today and the next few days to bring me closer towards my goals? Eg. I am going to send an email to this dream company I want to work for and ask them if they have any job openings in my field. Tomorrow, I’m going to attend a new class to learn a new skill that will help me land a better job. And I’m also going to reach out to an old colleague and set up a meeting.
What doubts or limiting beliefs about my ability to manifest this are coming up for me? Eg It’s going to be too hard, I don’t have the money to do this, I don’t even know how to start, I always fail.
What are some better beliefs or thoughts that would serve me better? Eg I am resilient and can do this, I am resourceful and the right resources will come to me and I invest in what’s important for me, I will find a way, I believe in myself.
When we begin to take steps towards our dreams, it can feel uncomfortable and scary - whatever thoughts and beliefs you are thinking, question them and challenge them. Are they keeping you stuck? Do they support you? You are more powerful than your mind. Keep tapping into your affirmation and it will etch itself into your subconscious mind. As one of my favourite authors Louise Hay once said "it's only a thought, and a thought can be changed". Keep going!

Welcome to the First Quarter Moon! This is the time for taking BIG action! If you’ve been taking small steps, or you’re in the planning stages - the First Quarter Moon is here to tell you to go for it and keep going!
But, word of warning, this is when challenges can arise. It could be you sent out an email last week applying for your dream job, and you receive an email back saying you weren’t successful this time, or when you’re trying to manifest your dream partner but all the dates you’ve gone on so far have been disappointing. Or maybe it’s your limiting beliefs getting in the way - you want so badly to go for it, but something keeps stopping you (that something is your mind!)
No matter what challenges you come up ahead, you have a choice: rise above or fall below. We are not giving up, throwing in the towel and quitting. If the New Moon & Waxing Moon was about starting to climb the mountain, the First Quarter is when it starts to get tough: your legs are tired, the oxygen supply is lower but remember why you started in the first place! If what you’re doing hasn’t been working, do something different, try a new approach. It’s crucial to harness this energy of the Moon, there is plenty of time to rest later.

Welcome to your journaling section for the First Quarter Moon. This journaling will help you to figure out what has been working so far in terms of taking action and what other things you can try. Remember that the action you take should feel aligned which means it feels good, inspiring and maybe a little bit scary too! We are not forcing ourselves to take action because we think we have to or take conflicting action (do something you don't really want to do - maybe because it's logical and everyone else is doing it but it doesn't align with your values). However, "insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting the same results" (quoting the genius Einstein) so this is a great time to mix things up, try something new and get out of your comfort zone because that's where the magic really happens! If you feel scared, the EFT tapping is going to really help.

If you keep tapping in your affirmation every day and tapping, that is definitely doing something to help you change your identity and beliefs about yourself. Don't be hard on yourself if you have been waiting behind the start line waiting for someone to give you permission to go for it, and if you have - I am here right now blowing the whistle to remind you that you don't need anyone else's validation to go for it! You are ready now, there is no perfect time, trust me. You're doing fantastic!
This is your EFT tapping for the First Quarter Moon.
Welcome to Banishing Your Limiting Beliefs using EFT Tapping. In this section, I will teach you how to create your own tapping script to help you release limiting beliefs that are keeping you stuck and in fear.
You will need to have your journal for this practise. Please pick one thing you want to focus on. EFT is much more effective when we focus on one limiting belief at a time and there is no limit to how many times you might need to do this practise.
What is the limiting belief that keeps holding you back? eg. I have to work so hard to be successful and that will stress me out
What memories and experiences do you have around this belief? eg. I remember my dad would work morning until night as a freelancer, he would come home exhausted and he always told me "you have to work hard to be rich"
How does this limiting belief make you feel? eg. It makes me feel anxiety and stress because I don't want to work myself into the ground to be successful
Where do you feel this in your body? eg. I feel it in my chest, it's a tightening sensation
Once you have answered these questions, you may already begin to feel anxious, stressed, angry or whatever emotions come up for you around your specific topic. You would then create your own set up statement based on your writing.
Using the example above
"Even though I believe I have to work so hard to be successful, and this makes me feel anxious and stressed, I feel a tightening in my chest, I choose to deeply and completely love, honour and accept myself"
Tap on your set up statement around 3 times, and notice if the emotional intensity goes up or down. If it goes up, keep repeating your set up statement or tweak it slightly until the number goes down. If it goes down, you can move onto the full tapping sequence.
Here are some journal prompts to help you create your tapping script
How do I want to feel instead? eg I want to feel ease and peace
What evidence do I have to show the opposite of this belief is true? eg I have a friend who runs a successful online business working 4 hours a day and she doesn't work hard at all and earns a lot of money
What would I like to believe instead? eg. I would like to believe that success comes easy to me, that clients flow my way all the time and that it's easy to make money
What affirmations empower me? eg. I am abundant, I am a money magnet, success is easy for me
What do I need to let go of so I can move on from this limiting belief? I need to let go of comparing myself to my dad, and that money is something hard and complicated
Once you have answered the questions, you can use everything you have written to create your own tapping script. Here is an example using what I have written above:
Eyebrow point: I choose to feel ease and peace
Side of the eye: Success gets to be easy for me
Under the eye: I let go of comparing myself to my dad
Under the nose: I forgive him and I choose my own beliefs
Chin: I know success is easy because I have a friend who has done just that
Collar bone: I'm choosing to believe clients flow my way all the time and it's easy to make money
Under the armpit: I'm choosing to believe I am abundant and I am a money magnet
Top of the head: I feel in peace knowing this is true for me now
You can create a longer script of course but the above is just an example of how you can create a script. Phrases such as "I choose", "I feel" and "I am" can be really powerful so use them.
You can use this anytime you find yourself self sabotaging, procrastinating or just feeling stuck. If you are struggling to identity your limiting belief, pay attention to your thoughts, emotions and behaviours and they will be your guide. For example, if you think about money all the time and how you can't afford this and that, you have a limiting belief around money. Or if you are manifesting a romantic relationship yet you keep thinking about the people in the past who broke your heart, or how hard love is or that no one likes you - then you have a limiting belief around relationships.
Be kind and patient with yourself. Manifesting is a process that takes time. It will require you to do things you've never done before, think thoughts you never have and step outside of your comfort zone. Change and growth isn't easy, but tapping really helps to conquer the fears and release the blocks.
Welcome to the Waxing Gibbous Moon phase! This phase of the Moon is just before the Full Moon, and this is the time to finish off what you have started. To complete the final steps on whatever you started. As the Moon has been “growing”, so have you and during this phase you may begin to see the fruits of your labor: manifestations, opportunities and abundance. This is a time to commit to your intentions. It’s easy to set goals, to get excited about them and daydream all day long BUT actually committing and choosing to go all in on your intentions is the hardest part.
Use these next few days to re-focus on what’s important to you, to stay on your path and adapt to the changes (and surprises) that come up at this time. Your hard work is about to pay off!

Welcome to the journaling section for the Waxing Gibbous Moon.
For your journal prompt, all you need to do is write a journal entry as your future self. You could write it from one year from now, five years from now or even ten years from now. You can write this as a day in the life of you and make it as detailed as you can.
Set a timer on your phone for around 10 minutes and just free write as much as you can, not limiting yourself and the intention is to really feel the feelings that your future self feels NOW. This might seem like a strange concept - how can you feel happy about something that hasn't happened yet? But, as the Law of Attraction goes, your vibration holds the key to manifesting your desires. If you can feel abundant and blessed NOW, you are a vibrational match to what you want to manifest into your life, and the Universe can bring your desire to you.
If you are having an off day, where everything is not going your way - you feel bad and keep thinking "what else could go wrong?" - then what happens? More bad things keep happening. This is why it's so important to check in with your feelings, to know that you have the power to change your thoughts, which change your feelings and that shifts your vibration. Doing this journal exercise will really help you to enhance your imagination, to get clearer on what you want and it's fun to do!

"I am so happy and grateful to have woken up in my brand new home with the love of my life by my side, I wake up everyday feeling energized and motivated. I look out the window and I see the ocean, it makes me feel so peaceful. I start my day off by making a delicious breakfast in my beautiful spacious and clean kitchen, today is going to be amazing. This is what I have planned today, I'm so excited..."
Have fun with this journaling, don't overthink it or let your logical mind take over. Tap into your inner child who believed they were a princess or an astronaut. You are worthy of dreaming big.

Welcome to your Aligned Action Step for the Waxing Gibbous Moon.
What to do: Embrace your Future Self by doing something your Future Self would do - this could be dressing up as your Future Self and taking yourself out on a date, going to a place that your Future Self would go to, intentionally think thoughts that your Future Self would think and how they would feel!
Here's an example - if you are manifesting creating your own online business in marketing, this is how you could incorporate the above examples into your Aligned Action Step
Dress up as your future self - what would a marketing professional wear? Would it be a colourful blazer?
Going to a place your future self would go - an entrepreneurs meet up, a co working space, a fancy coffee shop where you can work on your laptop
Think and feel like your future self - if your future self is a successful marketing professional, they would think thoughts such as "I love my business and it's growing every single day", "I have so many clients that I'm so lucky to work with", "I feel so blessed to do what I love for a living"
Try it out and give it a go! I love to do this practise. Maybe because I'm also an actor, it's something that feels very natural to me - embodying the character of your future self. It may feel strange at first, but have fun with this practise. I'd love to know how it went for you, share in the Facebook group a photo of you dressed up as your future self, or where you took yourself to - I'd love to see it!
The Full Moon Phase is upon us and it can be a very emotional time! During this period, do not be surprised if you’re full of energy, or want to have a big cry or everything feels a little bit out of control. Despite the craziness the Full Moon brings, it also gifts us blessings! Full Moons are a popular time to harvest crops, and just like our ancestors used to - we are “harvesting” our manifestations. Whatever your New Moon intention was, if you’ve put in the effort and dedication for the last two weeks, the Full Moon is here to pay dividends. Let’s be honest, you deserve this!
The Full Moon is the perfect time to practice gratitude, forgiveness and letting go. You’ve done the work, it is safe to slow down and release whatever no longer serves you. There’s a lot of heightened emotion around a Full Moon which is why it’s perfect to hold a ceremony. If The New Moon ceremony was all about planting the seeds, the Full Moon is reaping the rewards. It’s also important to celebrate yourself and how far you’ve come. You have climbed the proverbial mountain and now you’ve reached the peak. You can use this time to take a pause, witness the spectacular view and be proud of yourself. You’ve made it!

Things to do: celebrate how far you’ve come, release what no longer serves you, forgive and move on, be open to blessings and miracles
Things not to do: Keep pushing and grinding, try something brand new, hold on to negative emotions
Welcome to your journaling section for the Full Moon. The themes of this journaling will be around gratitude, celebration, forgiveness and letting go. You can use this prompts during your Full Moon ceremony.
What can I celebrate?
What changes and manifestations have I experienced in my life and in myself since the New Moon?
Write a gratitude list and why you are grateful. Eg, I am grateful for my health because it gives me the energy to keep going
What or who do I need to forgive so I can move on?
Write a Let It Go list with everything you no longer want to carry with you into the next Moon cycle (optional to burn this list, bury it in soil, dissolve it in water or simply rip it up or throw it away)
Happy Full Moon! Expect miracles and magic to unfold the next few days, to reap what you have sown and the most important thing: celebrate yourself and how far you've come!
This is your Full Moon tapping based on the themes of forgiveness, celebration and gratitude.
Your sacred space: You may want to use the same place as the New Moon, or switch it up to feel a different energy - it’s up to you. I love to do Full Moon Ceremonies outside where I can see the Full Moon or where I can see it visibly from my window (depending if it’s not a cloudy day in England!).
Ground and connect: Allow yourself to become present in the space you’re in, you could do this through meditation, connecting to your breath and feeling the Earth beneath you.
Gratitude: Once you are settled in your space, you can begin your gratitude practice. Thank the Universe for the blessings you’ve experienced and what you already have by making a gratitude list.
Forgiveness & Letting Go: Whether you manifested your intention or you’ve been experiencing challenges, it’s important to not carry the past with you. You can make what I call a Let It Go list, you write down everything you want to release (this could be limiting beliefs, habits, relationships, something someone said to you, something that happened) and then set the list on fire and watch it burn.
Release!: Whatever came up for you during the Full Moon ceremony whether that’s feelings of euphoria and utter bliss or frustration and anger - it’s time to set it free! Dancing is a great way to release stuck emotions, and to celebrate what you have achieved, you can make a playlist of your favourite songs and move your body. Even just intentionally shaking your body for a minute can release stagnant energy. Your emotions have risen to the surface, and they have to move somewhere or they will stay stuck in your energy body. After moving in whatever way feels appropriate to you, you can start your EFT tapping to process your emotions and leave behind what no longer serves you.
Close the ceremony: Thank the Moon, the Universe and your beautiful self for all the work and transformations you’ve experienced since the New Moon. Blow out your candles and close the circle.
If the Full Moon was a party, the Waning Gibbous is that point in the night where things start to wind down, guests are thanking the host as they get ready to leave on a high. Your feet may be tired from all the dancing, but this will be a night you will always remember (for all the right reasons!). Even though the Full Moon is when you receive blessings and manifestations, you may also experience receiving unexpected blessings during the Waning Gibbous phase too. It’s like the gift bag you leave with after the party - who knows what’s inside? Hopefully a delicious slice of chocolate cake or whatever takes your fancy.
The energy of this Moon phase invites you to slow down and give back. Whatever lessons or blessings you have experienced, this Moon gives you the opportunity to share your success to inspire others, give the gift of wisdom to the world and to pay it forward, so to speak.
You have been journeying to the depths of your heart’s desires, taken risks, faced fears, tried new things and pushed yourself way out of your comfort zone. Not everyone is up for doing that, in fact most avoid it. By sharing your experience, you not only inspire others with your journey, but you also actively encourage and motivate them to keep going after their dreams. Let’s face the facts: so many give up on their desires or keep them locked away in their imagination. You did whatever you could to make them a reality and that takes a courageous heart. You made it happen.

Things to do: share the news of your success and learnings with the world, be generous and give back by donating money to a charity or donating time to a volunteer project, keep an abundant mindset, focus on the good.
Things not to do: Maintain a lack mindset, focus on what didn’t work out, berate yourself, keep the magic to yourself.

Cleanse, declutter and clearing up: that’s the energy of the Third Quarter Moon. This is when you commit to spirituality, physically, emotionally and mentally let go of anything you no longer need or want.
Spirituality this could mean you do a deep meditation, breathwork, have a reiki session or sage your whole body. Sound bowl healing, ecstatic dance, acupuncture, attending a local spiritual event or an online event…there is an abundance of ways that allow you to release and let go.
Physically this means letting go of anything in your physical space, doing a huge declutter and donating or throwing away anything that doesn’t spark joy or make you feel good. It could be a dress you wore on a first date with your ex-partner, or books that you’ve read and will probably never read again or perhaps your room needs a deep clean - this the time to do it. Also, take care of your physical body too, you could try a slow restorative Yin Yoga class, book in a massage or have a relaxing bubble bath.
Emotionally speaking, doing EFT tapping, journaling and shadow work will help you to process your emotions and release any stuck energy still lingering. You could book in a therapy or counselling session at this time, or talk to a trusted friend and allow yourself to get vulnerable and share what’s on your mind.
Mentally this is the perfect time to clear your head and release any limiting beliefs, unfollow anyone on social media who makes you feel like you’re behind, or maybe even take a social media detox for the next few days. Take good care of yourself during the Third Quarter Moon and incorporate more self-care and self-love at this time.

Welcome to the Waning Crescent Moon phase! This is the final phase of the Moon before the New Moon and offers us the gift of reflection, retreating and remembering. Whatever has changed for you since the New Moon, the Waning Crescent Moon is like the final stop on the train, it’s arriving home after your holiday - you’re not the same person you were when you left, a lot may have changed internally and externally, and you have made some beautiful memories and learned some lessons.
You may find yourself like The Hermit in the Tarot Deck, you have an innate desire to retreat from the world, to find some solace and craving alone time to reflect on what’s happened, and where you’d like to go from here. Listening to your inner voice is key here, we are removing any outside influence, drowning out others voices and making a choice to make our voice the loudest. What is it that you can hear?
