Effective Feedback to Shine at Work and in Life
What you'll learn
- How to Give and Receive Feedback in an Effective Way
Requirements
- You need to feel the desire to communicate better, with the intent to build positive relationships
- You must be willing to push yourself out of your comfort zone and take actions, to practice what you learn
Description
In 35 minutes you will learn a simple and internationally recognized framework that will help you to give and receive feedback effectively, both in your personal and professional life. Self-reflection and taking action in your life to implement your learning are part of the course. A short quiz at the end of sessions 1 and 2 has the goal to help you to condense your learning. You can start to practice immediately the 4 steps you will learn. Your communication will flow easier, especially in situations where you have to offer feedback for improvement and there is a potential conflict in place. There is also a specific part related to receiving feedback. This is not necessarily that easy. The more you will build the habit to ask for feedback and act upon the message you receive, the more you will develop your leadership skills. Feedback is an opportunity to grow and the more you recognize this the more you will be able to give your best to people around you, no matter where you are. Sometimes it's hard also to receive a compliment or a comment about something we did well. The methodology you will learn will help you also in this situation. If you are a team leader, take advantage and share what you will learn with your teammates, with the intent to build more and more a feedback culture in your organization.

My passion for personal development led me to also be head of coaching and lead trainer in the CIMBA ICF professional coach and LIFE leadership programs. In 2019 I published my first book on Amazon, "Improvise and Succeed", and decided to launch my own venture, to become an edupreneur (an entrepreneur in the field of education).
