This training is taught by Casey Jackson, a well known MINT trainer (Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers). This training is focused on understanding how powerful strategic reflective statements can open up conversations and people. Also, you will learn how to help your conversations to be efficient, productive and focused. This training includes lots of practice, so you get the opportunity to see the concepts in action, highlighting how efficient this method of communication truly is. The class offers a variety of learning opportunities including powerpoint, video examples and worksheet learning. This class is the 4th part of a series we teach on Motivational Interviewing through Udemy, but is not our full curriculum.
