This process acknowledges power dynamics and that learning is deeply intertwined with the student’s mental and emotional state and that growth flourishes in environments that respect individual agency and align with United Kingdom 2015 Anti Slavery Laws and Human Rights that are there to nurture the ‘work force’ in to further agency, freedom and autonomy through genuine self empowerment respecting diversity, equality and neuro-divergence.
