Advanced Amazon to eBay Dropshipping Megacourse

All of the methods combine with each other one way or another, but you could divide them this way:

1. Amazon's Movers and Shakers 

2. Snipping without software - decent, old school technique using eBay search.

3. ZYK analytics (see 5th lecture) - mind blowing software, which helps you to spy on competitors, see their sales in short period of time and "steal" them within seconds. Besides that, you can see the whole competition on every product, which helps you decide, whether list item or not. My recommendation is to avoid items who have higher competition than 10/15 sellers. 4. Product Figures website. This one is made for dropshippers from China, mostly Aliexpress.

Quick reminder on benefits using stock trackers/listers:

1. Automated messaging - saves a lot of time, especially when you have 20-30 orders/day.

2. You lower your chance of canceling your order by maximum. Most of listers/trackers have little issues time to time but this is part of the process.

3. Fast listing - being able to list an item every minute is time saving thing. Nobody wants to do boring task for long period of time, do they?

4. VeRO protection - winning market listers have VeRO protection, which helps you to avoid listing items, which are protected by certain laws.

eBay subscription benefits in a nutshell:

1. Good amount of FREE listings compared to price of insertion fee.

2. Discounted insertion fee for listings over store subscribed ones.

3. Lower fees for sold items (depends on category).

4. Sales/Growth manager - helps you track listings which do not perform well.

5. Option to promote your own listings.

6. Dozen of other small benefits for your own discovery!

Your main objectives through out your career as dropshipper in eBay:

1. Raise your item limits every 2/4 weeks - the higher amount of listings you have, the higher chance is to get frequent sales. It is easier to filter which categories/items sell well when you have a decent amount of items in your shop.

2. Store subscription. Ebay loves store subscribers, who pay monthly fee for their store. Besides that, main thing is that you acquire FREE listings for your store. Usually you pay small fee for every listings, with store you SAVE money. Another benefit is that you are able to ADVERTISE your listings on eBay platform for a small % of price tag.

3. Maintaining high STR (sales through rate). STR is calculated by dividing your monthly sales by amount of listings you have in total. So, if you have 200 listings, sold only 40, your STR is 20%. Maintaining high STR will help you lift your limits easier when talking with eBay support and benefits you from not having common suspensions. Ebay loves high STR.

4. Customer support. One way of another, communication is KEY everywhere. Having high response rates not only build trust of you for eBay, but improves your own skill of business language.

5. Fast 24h/1day dispatch rate. Wanna be on top of another listings? Order (Send) items fast!

6. Long return dates. It's important to work with decent, no hassle suppliers (like Amazon). 30 days return period is MINIMUM amount of days. Forget 14 days policy.

7. Finding the least competitive items - key to higher profit %.

8. Becoming Top Rated - 1000$ in revenue, 90 days old account, 100 items sold! Being Top Rated improves your listings visibility and rank your items higher.
