Three years ago, after seeing horrifying undercover images from the egg and milk industry. I made the decision to transition from the pescatarian diet to the Vegan Lifestyle.
I expected some lifestyle changes but I didn’t expect my whole life to be upside down! Everything that was self-evident suddenly became complicated.
And just like you… I started wondering many things:

I was exhausted and constantly busy in my mind with being vegan – analyzing, planning, researching, trying to be the 100% vegan according to my values.
Still, I seemed to commit mistake after mistake. At one point I even had the feeling that it was impossible to become fully vegan one day. I was clueless, overwhelmed, frustrated but determined to become vegan.
And suddenly I figured out that…I was not prepared to step into the vegan lifestyle.I didn’t have enough knowledge about my new lifestyle, to begin with.
If there was someone that could have told me everything I know now at the beginning of my transition and guide me by giving me tips and advice – my vegan transition would have been so much easier faster and more enjoyable.
