In general, this is a basic list: A blow dryer, a small teasing brush/comb, a rat tail comb for making clean parts, a curling iron. Velcro rollers & round brushes (typically for short and mid length hair courses). Hot rollers, bobby pins & hair pins to match your hair color, large hair ties, small clear elastics, silver clips, and hairspray. Maybe a gel or hair wax or cream for controlling flyaway hair.
- Someone or yourself with the appropriate hair length and texture as the models in this course, so you can follow along and practice your new skills!
- Time and patience, gentleness toward yourself and a never give up attitude! Boldness to ask models to practice on and braveness to try out new looks on your clients! They will love you for your innovational skills!

Welcome to Hairstyle: Flower Girl hairstyles for Weddings and Events
Follow along and learn three different hairstyles for flower girls. These updos are designed to stay in the hair! Tips and tricks for quick work, minimal bobby pins and dealing with kids and teens is included!
The steps can very easily be transferred to older girls and women once learned. There is also an extra hairstyle video for a young tot as well as a live video showing the pinning process that creates these looks. Enjoy!!

Then, I moved into the wedding industry educating brides as well as wedding planners on how help brides avoid wedding morning madness. I was a freelance on location artist for high end weddings in New England and NYC.
I am the author of two books, The Morning of Your Wedding and The Business of Bridal Beauty.
In 2005 I "left" the beauty industry for a decade joining my husband, who is a licensed mental health counselor, to live and serve as a coach/mentor at two residential addictions treatment centers. I lead self-improvement and life skills workshops, I helped run trauma groups, as well as crafting events and up-cycling interiors with the residents.
Currently, I am a certified Clarity Coaching working in our Mental Health Practice while creating courses on the things I am passionate about for Udemy.
