Blushing is a misunderstood problem that can cause severe anxiety, it can negatively affect confidence and self esteem. Erythrophobia is the name for a fear of blushing, the fear of blushing causes anxiety which then fuels more blushing.


So there Mark sat in a busy office and his skin was burning up, it felt like he was on fire. When he touched his face he could feel how hot it was. He felt embarrassed he thought people must be laughing at him behind his back. He got paranoid that people must of thought he fancied them or something because he'd go red when he spoke to them, then this led to anxiety which caused him to go red next the time he saw people and then this led to even more anxiety.  He got a very complex anxiety going.


Any social interaction became unbearable for Mark, work became a living hell. Going out socializing was a nightmare and so he isolated himself. He struggled to make friends, his social circle became smaller and smaller. He didn't go out much. In the end he ended up working from home. Any relationships he did have were unhealthy.


Then one day Mark found hypnosis and he was able to change his reaction in those problem situations, he was able to feel calmer, more confident and more comfortable in his own skin.


In Mark's case blushing had become and issue because people had pointed it out to him and made fun of him for it, he became self conscious of his blushing and this caused him to suffer anxiety about his reaction, the anxiety caused Mark to blush more. This course teaches a number of NLP techniques to calm anxiety, stop blushing and increase confidence. Several hypnosis recordings are supplied to remove any emotions associated with the problem and create new behaviour in those problem situations.
